This gin delivers notes of bright, bittersweet juniper, accompanied by a deeply perfumed floral flavour, liquorice, a little citrus and some peppery spice.
Sweet and supple, this bottling makes a wonderfully floral gin and tonic, but also does very well in an Aviation cocktail.
The spirit is beautifully presented in a purple coloured bottle that recalls the hue of violets.
