Patrón Roca Añejo (70cl , 44%)
Patrón’s Roca Tequilas are made using the “Tahona” process! The agave plants aged for six or seven years and the crushed with a two-tonne volcanic stone Tahona wheel (they say crushing agave with a two-tonne wheel is difficult, but getting the stone out of the volcano is even harder!). This is Patrón’s Añejo expression, aged for around 14 months.
